This was such an interesting read. I definitely think Influencer Inclusivity is something that needs to be worked on. Although, I understand that it’s a marathon and not a sprint. Even though I love it when under-represented people are, well, represented, wouldn’t the amount of representation they get depend on the society target?

I love the Inclusion Rider. These conditions sets out perfectly where the brand and influencer stands. I have noticed in the last two years, that inclusion of most diversities has been a real issue. I naively thought the blogging community would be the last place this would happen, I guess / I was wrong. I also have notices that particular brands love to continue to work with the same influencers, as they have now become friends. And your right in saying their own list is quite often not diverse at all. Such a shame. Brands reaching out to white people in a black persons comments section, to work with that person is disgusting. I hope that was just an example : / . A brilliant post Vix! : ) xo
