Alright, pals – gather ‘round because we’re about to break down how I accidentally (but also very intentionally) pulled off my first six-figure launch. Yep, somehow, this wild ride turned into the most successful launch I’ve ever had – triple the revenue of anything I’ve done before! So let’s talk about what went down, what worked, and what I’d do differently next time.
The “Wait, WHAT?!” Moment of Sales Spice
Sales Spice was originally meant to be a cozy little launch. I thought, “Eh, if I get 10 people in, I’ll be thrilled.” Instead? 28 clients signed up for this high-touch, $5K group program, securing a recurring revenue stream and finally justifying the hire of an Online Business Manager (aka, someone to help me stop running around like a headless chicken).
To say I was floored would be an understatement. But this wasn’t just luck – there was strategy, intention, and a whole lot of planning behind it.
This wasn’t your typical mastermind. Instead of just chatting about strategy, Sales Spice was built to be action-driven and project-based. It’s all about getting sh*t done, tracking data, and seeing real results.
We’ve got:
It’s the sweet spot between high-level strategy and tangible execution – without me drowning in 1:1 calls all day. Efficiency and personal attention? We love to see it.
So how did this launch become my biggest yet? Here are the magic ingredients:
An Irresistible Offer – Sales Spice wasn’t just another “join my group program” situation. It had built-in value that people couldn’t say no to: hands-on coaching, real-time feedback, and an insane level of support.
Bang-On Messaging – I knew exactly who this was for: entrepreneurs ready to scale but not ready to wing it. The messaging called in the right people and repelled those who weren’t the best fit (which, honestly, is just as important).
90s Pop Culture Branding – I leaned hard into the nostalgia with my branding – think Spice Girls energy meets sales strategy. It was fun, high-energy, and totally on-brand for me.
Proof + Transformation – Instead of just saying, “Hey, this will work,” I showed them. I highlighted past client wins and major success stories, making it a no-brainer investment.
The Power of Community – The vibe inside this group? Unmatched. People were hyping each other up, celebrating wins, and cross-pollinating ideas like nobody’s business. When your clients become your program’s biggest cheerleaders, you know you’re onto something.
Even the best launches have room for improvement. Here’s what I’d tweak moving forward:
Better Scheduling & Pacing – Trying to run sales calls, onboard new clients, and support existing ones at the same time was absolute chaos. Next time, I’m spacing things out.
Balancing Life & Work – Juggling a massive launch while being a parent and handling life’s curveballs? Tough. I’m getting better at setting boundaries and planning around real-life needs.
More Systems, Less Stress – My OBM and VA saved my life during this launch. I’ll be leaning even more into team support moving forward.
This launch worked because I believed in it with every fiber of my being. I knew the program was solid, the transformation was real, and my clients would get insane value from it. That confidence is contagious.
If you missed out on Sales Spice, don’t worry – I’ve got more exciting things coming your way. Stay tuned, keep your eyes peeled on IG, and in the meantime… keep spicing up your sales strategy.
