When people talk about scaling to seven figures, they usually talk about revenue, launches and client numbers.
What they do not often show you is the rhythm behind it. The structure. The meetings. The non negotiables. The invisible repetition that makes growth sustainable.
Scaling a group coaching company is not chaos. It is cadence.
Here is what that actually looks like inside my business.

Weekly and Quarterly CEO Structure
Every single week I have a structured meeting with my OBM to stay on top of priorities.
Our weekly meetings cover:
Calendar and out of office planning
Inbox and communication
Team management
Systems updates
Program specific tasks
Project updates
Launch updates
We do not operate reactively. We operate ahead.
Each quarter we zoom out further and review:
Out of office plans
Systems improvements
Projects
Upcoming launches
Because we are working at least a quarter ahead, we are rarely scrambling. We barely use Slack day to day because most decisions have already been made.
Planning reduces noise.
Weekly Co Coach Meetings
I also hold weekly meetings with my coaching team.
We review:
Calendar and availability
Client updates
Call scheduling
Curriculum notes
Systems feedback
We always say we will never lose a client unless they choose to be lost.
That means we stay close to the data. We notice disengagement early. We communicate. We refine delivery. We treat retention as a leadership responsibility, not luck.
High Ticket Group Delivery
Inside Sales Spice, my high ticket group program, we currently have around 70 clients.
I host weekly calls that focus on:
Sharing wins
Resetting expectations
Teaching strategy
Filling curriculum gaps
Hot seat coaching
Support continues between calls inside Circle. The container is active, supported and structured.
High engagement is powerful when it is supported by systems.
Volume Membership Structure
Inside Volume, my lower ticket membership, I host calls in rotation with my co coaches.
These include:
Planning sessions where we work through the one hour planning method.
Co working calls where members set intentions and implement.
Content labs where we teach a micro strategy and build in real time.
Guest expert sessions.
Quarterly live group programs.
It is not just content. It is momentum.
Business Non Negotiables
Beyond calls and meetings, my week includes consistent operational actions.
Daily, Monday to Thursday 9 to 3:
Check in on communities
Respond to one to one clients
Create and post content
Send emails
Work on projects
Execute launches
Check Slack for team notifications
Weekly:
Host group calls
Record a podcast
Plan content
OBM meeting
Team meeting
Review ads
Banking
Pay invoices
Quarterly:
Plan launches and make key decisions
Update curriculums
Launch
Update funnels
Host mini programs for Volume and Sales Spice
Scale is built on repetition.
Life Non Negotiables
The reason this structure works is because it exists alongside equally clear life standards.
Daily:
Dog walk
Self care routine
Cook lunch or dinner with my husband
Gratitude practice
Phone off when my son is home
Eight hours of sleep when possible
Check in with my own coaches or journal on what I need support with
Weekly:
Mum and daughter time or see friends
Order groceries
Cleaner
Alone time at a café, reading, colouring or watching shows
Monthly:
Gardener
Window cleaner
Massages or facials
Quarterly:
Family holidays
Scaling a business is not about filling every hour with work.
It is about deciding what matters, systemising it and protecting it.
My days are not glamorous. They are structured. My weeks are not chaotic. They are planned. My months and quarters are not reactive. They are intentional.
That is what allows growth to feel powerful instead of overwhelming.
