What if your courses and programs weren’t just “good”—but so impactful, so transformative, that your clients couldn’t stop raving about them? That’s where I am today, but my journey to get here wasn’t smooth. If you’ve ever felt the sting of self-doubt or wondered how to make your group programs truly unshakable, this story is for you.
When I first ventured into online courses and programs, I had no idea what I was stepping into. I started as an Instagram educator, running a membership that brought in consistent revenue and fostered an incredible community. But deep down, something felt off.
I wasn’t passionate about Instagram anymore, and my membership felt out of alignment. At the same time, the online coaching world was exploding, and I saw peers struggling with something big: promises were being made, but results weren’t being delivered.
I experienced this firsthand when I invested in a high-ticket group program that fell short of every promise made. The calls weren’t accessible, the strategies didn’t align with my values, and the leader was absent. The lack of integrity in the delivery shook me—and it left me determined to create something better.
Through reflection, therapy, and conversations with mentors, I realized the missing piece in most programs: unshakable foundations.
It hit me during a hypnotherapy session when my therapist said, “You wouldn’t build a house out of paper. You need solid foundations so it can withstand any storm.”
That’s when it clicked. The best programs aren’t overstuffed with content or vague promises—they’re built on a foundation of learning psychology, actionable curriculum, and engagement strategies that deliver real results.
From this realization, I started pivoting my business toward what I’m truly passionate about: helping coaches, experts, and service providers create transformational group offers. Here’s how I did it:
Step 1: Focusing on Foundations
I began consulting with other educators, analyzing their programs to find where clients were disengaging or not completing courses. I helped them redesign their offers for clarity, accessibility, and actionable learning outcomes.
Step 2: Testing Through Live Workshops
I hosted an in-person curriculum design day in London, teaching six clients how to create engaging programs. The feedback was incredible, and I knew I was onto something.
Step 3: Creating Course Creation Revolution
I distilled everything I’d learned into a low-cost, five-day challenge called Course Creation Revolution. It was interactive, actionable, and designed to help participants rethink how they built their programs.
Step 4: Scaling With Group Programs
After the success of Course Creation Revolution, I launched a high-ticket group program to help participants build and launch their offers. Almost every participant had completed the five-day challenge first, proving that an exceptional initial experience builds trust and loyalty.
This shift transformed my business:
Without a framework for results:
When your programs are designed with learning psychology, clear outcomes, and actionable steps, everything changes:
